We are NOT a letting agent
We let high quality Newcastle student accommodation in Jesmond, Sandyford and Heaton. All our Newcastle student accommodation is within walking distance of both the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and the University of Northumbria and properties are perfectly placed for local amenities.
We were once Newcastle students ourselves so we understand your priorities and we know what goes into making a smooth and stress-free student tenancy. We are not some large faceless company which treats it's tenants like a number - in fact we pride ourselves on knowing all our students on a first name basis.
Just £150 to pay for any of our student properties. There is NO upfront rent, NO agents fees, NO massive deposit - the £150 covers everything.
We know that signing for new student accommodation early in the year is a financial burden. We are often told how good it is that we only ask for £150 for you to take any of our student housing. This covers both your deposit and our admin charge, so there is nothing more to pay until you move in.
Because we own all our Newcastle student accommodation we don’t have to charge ridiculous agency fees and we don't ask for any rent up front. This keeps your outlay to the bare minimum at the time when you need it most.

We attend to any problems should they arise very quickly and efficiently. We do any repairs next day using our own dedicated team. So unlike many student letting agents we can sort things out without having to get prior approval from a landlord.

Firstly, we keep your deposit for any of our student accommodation to a minimum and we offer a variety of ways to pay your rent. Yearly for those who want to get everything out of the way and termly to fit in with student loans - or over 10 monthly installments.
We can offer you special bills-inclusive packages if you'd like to spread costs more evenly. These are completely tailored to your needs and could for example include bills, a plasma TV, broadband or even a cleaner -
if there is anything we can do to make life easier for you, we'll do whatever we have to do to make it happen.
