Firstly, we keep your deposit for any student houses to a minimum and we offer a variety of ways to pay your rent - yearly for those who want to get everything out of the way, termly to fit in with student loans or over 10 monthly installments.

We can offer you special student accommodation packages if you want your bills to be included in your rent to spread the cost more evenly. Include bills, add a plasma, broadband or even a cleaner, if that is what you want from your student property

We know that signing for new student houses early in your year is a financial burden and we are also told so often how good it is that we only ask for £150 for you to take any of our student property.

We own all our student property in Newcastle so we don’t have to charge any agency fees and nor do we have to ask for any rent upfront on any of our student lettings. This obviously keeps your outlay to the bare minimum.

The £150 covers both your deposit and our admin charge, so there is nothing more to pay until you move into your new student property.
