Findspace Limited provides quality houses to Newcastle’s students in Jesmond, Sandyford and Heaton. As we were students ourselves we understand your priorities and what you need from your property and we are definitely not a typical “Student Landlord”. We attend to any problems should they arise quickly and efficiently to make sure you really enjoy yourselves.

We only buy quality property in the best locations and we fully refurbish them and of course furnish to a very high standard. We do repairs “ next day” using our own dedicated team and we make any changes needed without having to get prior approval for the spending from a landlord.

Give us a ring and we will pick you up and after deciding with you exactly what you are looking for show you some houses that meet your requirements. Finish off at our office with a coffee in our relaxed lounge area, mull things over and get more information. We can take you back to any of the houses for a second look to make sure you are totally happy before choosing.

We always want to be as flexible as possible so that we really meet your needs.

Firstly we keep your deposit to a minimum and we offer a variety of ways to pay your rent - yearly for those who want to get everything out of the way, termly to fit in with student loans or over 10 monthly instalments

We can offer you special packaged costs if you want your bills to be included in your rent to spread the cost more evenly. Include bills, add a plasma and broadband, even a cleaner if that is what you want.

We know that signing for a new house early in your year is a financial burden and we are also told so often how good it is that we only ask for £150 for you to take one of our properties. 

We own all our properties so we don’t have to charge an agency fees and nor do we have to ask for any rent upfront.  This obviously keeps your outlay to the bare minimum. 

The £150 covers both your deposit and our admin charge, so there is nothing more to pay until you move in.
