NO Upfront Rent
And because we are not a Newcastle letting agent we do not demand any upfront rent for our student accommodation. We firmly believe this is an unnecessary financial burden on your pocket so we have never (ever) asked for it.
NO Agents Fees, low deposit
Similarly we do not charge any crazy agents fees - we know money can be tight and we do not see the need for these charges. The ONLY thing we ask for is a deposit (including admin) of £150. This secures you any of our great Newcastle student accommodation with nothing more to pay until you are to move in.
Simple, straightforward contracts
We like to keep things easy to understand and straightforward for you and that's why we only use a two page contract for our properties, not the lengthy legal doorstops that some agents and landlords use..
